The basic idea behind the development of Exodus Public school is the up-gradation of the ethics of our next generation. The Importance of this idea is found when we scrutinize our public character precisely. The main drawback of the majority of people in our area is that we are not prompt in many respects. We do not have punctuality in the case of, duty, studies, or even attending in spiritual services. We are not properly trained to respect others. If we make an attempt to change these silly matters, it will create a magnificent result in the quality of our personality and the overall culture of society. We know that changing the personality of a senior individual is not easily possible. but it can be easily done in the case of a child during the primary education itself. As Greek Philosopher Plato says "Give good education to your child in the right time in the right direction" to make him/her a good citizen.
How to Inculcate Moral Values in Your Kids:- I wish to express some guidelines which help the improvement of the moral values of our children.
PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH
In a lifetime any person gets two types of education First one is informal education and the other one is formal education. Formal education is obtained from schools, colleges, or universities indicated by qualifying certificate. But informal education is usually obtained from his or her experience in life, the majority of informal education is given by their parents. So each parent who wishes to develop their child into a good human being, he or she should lead a good life. Children learn from the people around them, so in order to teach your kids good values, you must be a model to them

Conversation within the family members play an important role in the development of the child's character. Each day at least half an hour should be spent to have conservations between all the members in family irrespective of age.

Every child in our family is one of the 130 crore people in India. Whenever a population increases, the nation may not be able to fulfill all the requirements needed by all people. Under that circumstance, we should be always ready to compromise too. Teach them from a young age that when it is necessary, they should adjust according to the circumstance.
